List of Home Inspection Services

Buyers Home Inspection

This is our most popular service. Our residential home inspection service follows the standards of practice set forth by the North Carolina Home Inspector Licensing Board. Our goal is to provide the buyer with an opinion about the current condition of the Exterior, Roof Coverings, Attics, Crawlspaces, Structural Systems, Heating Systems, Cooling Systems, Attached Appliances, Plumbing, Electrical, Insulation, Grading and Drainage, and Decks.

Radon Testing Service

High levels of radon is considered a hazard. Our radon testing service will use a Sun Nuclear Continuous Radon Monitor to determine the average radon level over the course of a 48 test period. A report will be provide that will include 48 measurements during the test period.

Wood Destroying Insect Inspection

A wood destroying insect inspection will determine if there is any visible evidence of wood destoying insect at the property. A NC Wood Destroying Insect Report (WDIR) will be provided.

Sellers Home Inspection

This service is designed to make sellers aware of any potential costly problems that my come up during the home sale process. This type of inspection focuses on 5 key components that include: evidence of foundation problems; storm water intrusion through the roof covering; storm water intrusion through the foundation; problematic plumbing pipes; floor structure damage; and excessive siding damage
